The "Love Smoke Free" program provides different smoking cessation counseling services, including industry-specific health talks, personalized whatsapp communication, regular SMS reminders, telephone counseling services and pamphlets for self-reading to assist and encourage employees to quit smoking.

In a follow-up survey started in 2019, the overall employee smoking cessation rate of all participants within 6 months was 20.5%.
