Today, India recorded 46,759 new infections with the Corona virus, which is the largest number of daily infections in nearly two months.
Reuters quoted the Indian Ministry of Health as saying that "the total number of injuries exceeded 32 million and 700 thousand, while the deaths increased by 509 days, to a total of 437,403."
And 70 percent of the new infections were recorded in the southern state of Kerala, which last week hosted a major local festival.
