Vilgertshofen - On Friday evening, a dispute between two residents escalated in a workers' accommodation in the Vilgertshof district of Stadl (Landsberg district *).

During the confrontation, one of the two was so badly injured that he later died.

The dispute between a 36-year-old Polish national and his 37-year-old counterparty broke out on Friday evening (August 27). As the police headquarters Upper Bavaria North writes, there was a physical argument between the two in the course of the dispute. The 36-year-old suffered such serious injuries that he died from it. The police forces summoned were able to provisionally arrest the 37-year-old alleged perpetrator.

In the meantime, the Fürstenfeldbruck * criminal police have started investigations into the case. By order of the Augsburg public prosecutor *, the suspect, who had been arrested, was brought before a judge on Saturday. This subsequently issued an arrest warrant. The 37-year-old is now in a correctional facility. Why the two men quarreled and how exactly the argument could escalate is still part of the investigation at the moment.
