A 69-year-old retiree was killed after a shootout with criminals, one of whom was also shot dead, during an assault on his home in Ituzaingó.
It all happened this Friday night, around 9:30 p.m., at 700 Aguaribay Street between José María Paz and Alta Gracia.
Roberto Conte lived there.
At least
three armed criminals took advantage of the fact that a family entered their house
and broke in after breaking the door.
According to the sources, during the shooting one of the criminals received two bullets in the head that caused his death, while Conte was shot in the abdomen.
The retiree was rushed to Haedo Hospital, where he entered deceased as a result of the injuries suffered.
Meanwhile, the accomplices of the dead thief, identified as Iván Espinosa Gallardo (19), a Chilean national, escaped in a white Fiat Cronos car in the direction of the Morón area.
The investigators determined that Espinosa Gallardo
had been detained on August 13
last in the framework of a case entitled "robbery in town and gang", in the jurisdiction of the 4th section.

For their part, Scientific Police personnel made the expert reports at the crime scene, where they seized the victim's revolver with five cartridges, six .40 sheaths and two deformed projectiles of the same caliber.
The fact is investigated by the prosecutor Gabriela Millán, in charge of the Functional Instruction Unit (UFI) 1 decentralized in Ituzaingó.
