The police arrested a man (38) in Munich for an alleged sexual offense.
Around 200 witnesses disrupted the operation massively.
The officials had to take tough action.

Early Saturday morning, August 28, there was an operation in Munich Maxvorstadt because of an alleged sexual offense.
One man was provisionally arrested.
According to the Munich police, at around 3:10 a.m. on Saturday morning, a woman called who reported a sexual offense in the area of Barer Strasse.
A short time later, the dispatched officers were able to meet a 50-year-old in dirty clothes at the place mentioned, who stated that she had been harassed by a man she did not know.
He had committed sexual acts on her against her will.

The police were able to locate the suspected 38-year-old, who was still near the alleged crime scene.
He was provisionally arrested and is due to be brought before the judge on Sunday.
The further investigations into this matter are carried out by Commissioner 15 (Sexual Offenses).
The on-site investigations were disrupted by around 200 people who were in the vicinity of the site and some of them reacted clearly aggressively to the officers.
There were several arguments in which some glass bottles were broken.
The gathering was therefore broken up by additional emergency services and the people were expelled from the square.
Individual people had to be led from the square with simple coercive measures.

A 22-year-old who repeatedly failed to comply with this eviction and who also behaved extremely aggressively towards the emergency services should therefore be taken into custody and ultimately even had to be brought to the ground because of his behavior.
Meanwhile, someone of the same age wanted to get to the 22-year-old and purposefully threw a glass bottle at the police officers.
They then used pepper spray against him.
During the subsequent arrest, the 22-year-old also offered resistance and insulted the people present.
He was also taken into temporary custody and charged with assaulting law enforcement officers.
