Poing - In the most recent municipal council meeting, the committee passed the statutory ordinance on the release of open Sundays and public holidays on the occasion of markets in the municipality of Poing for the year 2021. It is about the autumn market on October 24th.

The autumn market takes place every year on the penultimate Sunday before All Saints' Day.

With the approval of the District Office Ebersberg, the Poinger market will take place in the main, train station, Bürgerstrasse and Alte Gruber Strasse as well as the weekly market area in the new town center.

So that owners of shops can open their sales outlets on market day, the municipality of Poing has to announce an ordinance on the opening of open Sundays and public holidays on the occasion of markets. These ordinances have to be decided again every year. The Sunday opening (11 a.m. to 6 p.m.) must be limited to the following streets: Alte Gruber Straße; Anzinger Strasse (between Hauptstrasse and Bürgermeister-Germeier-Strasse); Bahnhofstrasse; Birkenallee (between Hauptstrasse and Eichenweg); Bürgerstrasse; Endbachweg (between the main road and the railway underpass); Friedensstrasse (between the market square and the youth center); Main road; Market street; Neufarner Strasse (between Hauptstrasse and Eichenweg); Poststrasse and Rathausstrasse. The opening times should be outside the time of the main church services.In addition, the regulations on employee protection, working hours, youth labor protection and maternity protection laws in the currently applicable version must be observed. - NS
