Detroit, perfumes to drink
CASTALIA
In Detroit, the Michigan metropolis which is constantly reinventing itself, Castalia is developing a cocktail approach combining tastes and scents.
Designed as an extension of the Sfumato perfume house, this bar displays a menu of cocktails, inspired by the fragrances imagined by its instigators Kevin Peterson and Jane Larson.
Located on the ground floor of a Victorian house in Midtown, their stall turns into a friend every evening!

Luke Whearty returned to Melbourne to open his own business with his partner Aki Nishikura.
Jana Langhorst
After a remarkable career, with a stint in Operation Dagger (Singapore) which has remained in the annals, Luke Whearty returned to Melbourne to open his own business with his partner Aki Nishikura.
Their bar, far from international stereotypes, offers a menu of cocktails and dishes made from locally sourced products, mainly in the state of Victoria.
Here, no brands behind the bar, but a very uncluttered space to allow diners to focus on the taste experience.

Paris, cocktail bistro
CRAVAN
We will not serve you here neither wines, nor pastis, nor beers… but exclusively cocktails!
Press photo
It has everything of a Parisian bistro, with its original zinc and its gourmet dishes.
This café, which borrows its name from the Dadaist boxer poet, is located in a building by Hector Guimard, listed as a historic monument, in the heart of the 16th arrondissement.
On the other hand, on the drink side, the address is not a bar.
We will not serve you here either wines, pastis or beers ... but exclusively cocktails, from the French heritage, that the owner and barman Franck Audoux is happy to rehabilitate.
