Corona has led many employers to offer home delivery, or digital shopping tokens • One-fifth of companies offer more than 600 NIS multi-card

A special analysis by the business information company CofaceBdi, conducted among 200 large and leading companies in the economy, examined what Israeli workers would receive this year on the Tishrei holidays and whether there was a significant change from the holidays in the period before Corona.

The findings show that 48% of companies this year will allow employees to choose between purchase tokens and a gift, 40% will give purchase tokens only, 8% of companies have decided to give cash bonuses and only 4% will give gifts such as kitchen utensils and appliances.

The main difference recorded this year compared to last year, given the situation of forced entry into isolation, remote work, etc., is that many companies offer the option of sending gifts to the employees' home, as well as the option of receiving a digital gift card: 43% For those who do not come to the office.

An analysis of the economy's industries shows that in the high-tech, industry and financial services industries, companies invest an average of NIS 470 as a gift to an employee, while in the trade industry about NIS 415. The vast majority of companies (99%) plan to give their employees a gift on Passover as well, and most of them (81%) have the same budget as the Tishrei holiday gift.
