Vocational training courses held by the Homs Chamber of Industry in cooperation with a special group for training, education and consultancy were launched today with the aim of securing job opportunities for young people and supplying the local market with qualified and trained labor.
Labib Al-Ikhwan, head of the chamber, explained to SANA reporter that the vocational training program comes within the initiative of the Homs Chamber of Industry, “Bakarak, Tamar your Darkness,” which was launched at the beginning of last month. work for her.
And the head of the Chamber indicated that a cooperation was concluded between the Chamber’s Board of Directors with a special group for training, education and consultancy in Homs to launch this initiative, which constitutes a training development project, as those accepted for vocational training were distributed in four professions, including 68 in the programmed control course, 80 trainees in the solar energy course, and 52 trainees in The specialization of industrial electricity and 100 in the human resources course. The courses last for two and a half months and have varying hours of training from one profession to another, with a maximum of 100 hours.
The Brotherhood pointed out that at the end of the course, the trainees are given a certified certificate and job opportunities are secured for them in the specialties they were trained in, indicating that the trainees were accepted in one profession to provide the opportunity to train the largest number of applicants, whose number exceeded a thousand university and professional youth.
