Nathan Paulin's Perched Crossing

2021-08-30T14:37:28.381Z

BACK TO SCHOOL SURPRISES - The “highliner” will link the Eiffel Tower to Chaillot on a strap 70 meters above the ground.

But what will the pigeons think of it?

On September 18 and 19, Nathan Paulin will reach the roof of Chaillot from the first floor of the Eiffel Tower.

70 meters high.

Nathan does not walk on a tight wire but on a "highline", strap 2.5 centimeters wide.

He has already completed this crossing for the Telethon in 2017. The aim was to set the record for the longest crossing in an urban environment: 670 meters.

He remembers as he passed over the gardens, when the height of the wire dropped to 40 meters, he could hear the conversations of passers-by below him.

He shouldn't stop.

This time the crossing will be a little different.

Artistic and not just sporty.
