Embargoed to 10 million pesos and prosecuted for leading a transnational criminal organization dedicated to capturing, transferring, hosting and receiving women of legal age of Argentine and Uruguayan nationality for the purpose of sexual exploitation.

Thus ended the model manager Leandro Santos (38) the year 2020.

And in 2021 things are not going any better: just last Thursday the federal judge Sebastián Casanello prosecuted him for threatening to kill model Florencia Cocucci (32).

Santos wanted to frighten Cocucci to prevent her from declaring - in the Nisman case - that she had met the prosecutor in a bowling alley to which Santos had taken her to make a "presence".

In her complaint, filed in 2016, Cocucci gave a complete account of how Santos began to persecute, harass and threaten her after the death of Alberto Nisman.

She was from the intimate environment of the prosecutor, with whom she had traveled to Cancun a few months before her death, which occurred on January 18, 2015.

Leandro Santos.

"Santos did not want him to say that I was present at nightclubs, to associate him with anything because it was going to complicate him in a cause he had for VIP prostitution," Cocucci declared.

Despite the threats, she gave details of how the girls from Santos' agency were being offered "certain more profitable jobs, having dinner with businessmen and people with a very good economic life for the purpose of having dinner and, later, being sexually intimate with them. ".

According to his account,

Santos kept 30% of the payment

.

Cocucci always maintained that she only made "appearances" in bowling alleys and that on one of those occasions, at the Rosebar bowling alley, she met Nisman, with whom she traveled to Cancun for a photographic production in September 2014.

"But many models that Santos had working, had prostitution as the real business," the model denounced and her story corresponded exactly with the testimonies of a case for exploitation of prostitution and trafficking that she was processing in Uruguay and another that was being investigated by Judge Casanello.

When Cocucci testified before the Justice -in the Nisman case he did so in March 2015-, "his ordeal began", according to his own words.

Santos felt betrayed and began to threaten her

in person and through anonymous calls for her to recant.

"

If you do not do what I tell you, you will appear as the prosecutor or as the woman who appeared dead in the prosecutor's building

," would have been one of the most direct threats, which refers to a charred body of a woman who appeared nearby of the Nisman building shortly after his death and whose identity is still a mystery.

"Santos told me to be careful, that in the end I had not complied with the pact that he had told me - which consisted of not naming him, to clean him - that he

had

already

made a mistake, which was to name him

, to do Whatever, but to clean it (...), he told me that he knew my family, that he knew where I lived, "said the model.

Threatened and spied on

At the end of his 51-page resolution, Judge Sebastián Casanello addresses an extremely sensitive issue that also has Florencia Cocucci as a victim:

the illegal wiretapping that she would have suffered by the Federal Intelligence Agency (AFI) in 2016

.

In an official letter sent to the federal Justice on July 14 by the Bicameral Commission for the Supervision of Intelligence Organizations and Activities of the National Congress, it is detailed how the armed maneuver would have been under the figure of "pre cause", a formula used by the "services" to investigate leads without prosecuting them.

Says the report of the Bicameral: "

Another case of illegal espionage, through the use of a pre cause, is the one that affected Miss María Florencia Cocucci, to whom she was linked - by reason of intimate friendship - with the deceased federal prosecutor Alberto Natalio Nisman.

The pretext for illegally spying on her was to associate her with a group, called “JIHADISTA”, which, according to the AFI's account, was planning a terrorist attack in the Triple Frontier (Paraguayan territory), by the end of August 2016

" .

According to the AFI, a certain "Juan Carlos" had indicated to the National Police of Spain "that the Argentine citizen María Florencia Cocucci was related to said terrorist group."

Florence Cocucci.

"

But at no time did the AFI warn the judge that Miss Coccuci was the friend of the prosecutor Alberto Natalio Nisman; a fact that neither the court nor the aforementioned body could ignore,

" the commission emphasizes.

It does not end there.

When the legislators asked the AFI intervener, Cristina Caamaño, for information on the origins of the pre-cause, she indicated "that there is no information or cable from the Kingdom of Spain or the Police in the agency's records. National of Spain linked to the initial hypothesis of the pre-case 'Investigation File according to law 25,520 s / terrorist attack' ".

Furthermore, Caamaño adds: "The alleged complainant could never be located, whose last name was never known. No progress was ever made on any police procedure in Spain, nor was there ever a request for cooperation or communication on this issue between Argentina and Spain. after the actions initiated by the AFI on August 5, 2016 ”.

In other words, everything seems to indicate that the state intelligence services illegally spied on Cocucci using a lie as an alibi.

And not only that: it all happened when she began to publicly denounce in the media the threats and extortions she was suffering from her former manager, Leandro Santos, so that she would not mention him in the Nisman case as presenting girls in the night circuit.

"He told me that people of the highest power were angry with him and he had to take concrete steps to clean himself up," said a terrified Cocucci.
