Hanan Ben-Ari's "If You Will" was the most played song on the radio in 1951, according to the ACUM's summary data for the year, which examined the number of plays of Israeli works this year.
The second place went to the song "Johnny" by Bar Tsabari and the third place: "The Cause of the Causes" by Yishai Ribo.
Outgoing "The Next Star", Raviv Fiddler, has two songs in the top ten: "Shards" (4th place) and "Wants Peace" (5th place).
He is followed on the list by "De Weiss" Yuval Dayan with the song "Shrek Tach Smile".
In seventh place: Avraham Tal with the song "Shavua Tov", followed by (in descending order) "Rotations" by Eden Hasson, "Beit Mashogim" by Ran Danker and "Amen on the Children" by Hanan Ben Ari.
In the top ten you can find Noa Kirl's "Million Dollars" (11th place), Ivri Lider's "Middle East" (15th place) and Hatikva 6's "Back Home" (19th place).
The most played performing artist on the radio this year was Eyal Golan.
In second place is Omar Adam and in third place is Shlomo Artzi.
Also in the top ten: Eden Ben Zaken (4th place), Shlomi Shabbat (5th place), Sarit Hadad (6th place), Arik Einstein (7th place), Moshe Peretz (8th place), Dudu Aharon (9th place) and Eden Hasson (10th place) 10).
Eight of the top ten artists in the top ten are in the Mediterranean genre, and only two out of ten are women.
In the second ten are (in descending order): Itai Levy, Hanan Ben Ari, Yishai Ribo, Lior Narkis, Haim Moshe, Eliad, Ivri Lider, Noa Kirl, Avraham Fried and Yishai Levy.
Of the 20 most heard artists in Israel, only three are women.
The most played composer on the radio this year is Avi Ohayon, in second place Dolev Ram and in third place Penn Hazot.
This trio also stars at the top of the list of most played songwriters in 1959.
