Karlsfeld - Even as a little girl, she loved to watch contests and dreamed of applause, thunderstorms of flashing lights and a crown on her head.
"But at the time I was sure that as a fat little child I would never have a chance," says Adrijana Topic.
But little Adrijana was wrong, because big Adrijana has come a long way in the Miss Germany 2021 election!
From the initial 12,000 applicants, there are currently 160 left, and the 35-year-old from Karlsfeld is one of them.

And she feels right at home with it.

Fortunately, the times when models and beauty queens had to combine a height of at least 1.85 meters with a clothing size of no more than 34 in order to meet an ideal are long gone.
A year ago, the young blogger “Schönwild” alias Julia Kremer was among the last four in the Miss Germany poll.
A plus-size model, just like Adrijana.
The likeable Karlsfeld woman has clothing size 46/48 with a height of 1.77 meters.
And she feels right at home with it.
She also applied for the election because she has a “mission”, as she says.
“I stand for tolerance, respect and acceptance.
It doesn't matter where a person comes from, what they look like or who they love.
We all belong together! ”With her participation, Adrijana Topic would like to promote this refreshing view of life.
The 35-year-old from Karlsfeld is a medical assistant by profession.
But she also earns her money as a model.
She especially likes to book a shopping channel, and Adrijana can be seen on television again and again.
In a few days, the last 160 women who are still in the race will meet in Hamburg.
A meeting to get to know each other.
Online voting will then begin in October.
Of course, Adrijana hopes for a lot of votes from her hometown Karlsfeld.
And maybe it will work out in the end - applause, flashlights, crowns.
