We already know when Jon Stewart will return to the screens.
Well, that is, to streaming transmissions.
"The Problem with Jon Stewart," the comedian's new current affairs series will premiere on Apple TV + on September 30, the company reported Monday.
The series will premiere globally in biweekly installments, rather than a one-time binge offer.
The program will also be complemented by a podcast.

Apple describes "The Problem" as "a multi-season series on a single topic, which delves into the most important topics that are currently part of the national conversation."
That will include the former "Daily Show" host interviewing those "impacted by the issue" as well as "those who have a hand in creating the impact."
"Together, they will discuss tangible steps that can lead to a future solution," Apple said Monday.
"The series podcast will expand the conversation for each episode, with staff members from across the show bringing us interviews with activists in space, the facts on the subject, and yes, lots of jokes."
Coming to Apple TV + September 30th and never in theaters simultaneously.

It will be the first time Stewart has hosted his own show since leaving Comedy Central's "The Daily Show" in 2015.

"The Problem" is a big move for Apple TV +, which launched in November 2019. The service is the tech giant's first foray into the world of streaming television, and so far Apple has managed to stand out from its many rivals thanks to series like "Ted Lasso" and movies like "Coda".
The addition of Stewart will help make Apple an even bigger competitor in the market.
Not only is Stewart a critically acclaimed host, winning multiple Emmys throughout his 16 years on "The Daily Show," he is also a precursor to comedy that helped transform the world of late-night television.
Apple also released a trailer for the series showing Stewart preparing his elegant suit and tie for the show.
However, Stewart freaks out at his own reflection in the mirror when he sees his bearded face.
"What the hell happened to my face?"
shouts Stewart in the video.
Then he pauses, sighs, and asks himself, "Why would I go back to a visual medium?"
