The holiday meal is just around the corner and if you are still undecided about the portion of fish you would like to serve, let us solve your problem.
Avi Bitton came to a fish restaurant in Ashkelon, which started 50 years ago from a small business in the market and became an empire, and prepared a particularly festive dish there, one that is suitable for Friday meals but most of all - for your holiday table.
The dish combines an interesting sauce full of aromas and flavors and Israeli, juicy and delicious Bermondi, which comes straight from the ecological farm in the Negev.
How do you know it is a quality and fresh fish?
The gills are very red, the eyes are shiny and the fish is hard, exactly what you will find in Israeli Bermondi, which can also be easily ordered through the online store and make with it fillet, steak, amazing patties, on the fire and of course, my father's recipe.
Appetite and Happy holidays!
