A 49-year-old male English tutor surnamed Tsai Tuition Club was suspected of confiding his 18-year-old male student to a hotel room to drink alcohol three times, infringing on the male student’s private parts and taking pictures after dropping the medicine.
After the male suspect was arrested, the police inspected his computer's hard drive and found six other victims, all of whom were former students of the suspect.
The police discovered that the male suspect had served as a mentor in a children and youth institution since 2014. It is reported that he has also served as a volunteer mentor in the church leading a youth fellowship.
The police believed that he had come into contact with a large number of male students and other victims in the past 10 years, and urged him to contact the police if he had met with the suspect alone in the hotel and his residence.

Huang Changjun said that the arresting man had served as a mentor in a children's and youth institution in 2014, and also served as a voluntary mentor in a church in Sham Shui Po. He had great opportunities to interact with different young male students.
According to the news, the man was responsible for leading the youth fellowship at the church. The six victims each met the arrested persons in the relevant institutions and churches from 2014 to 2019.
