“We are still relying on a catch-up effect until the end of the year. School leavers who have not been taken care of and who are undecided still have every chance of finding a suitable training position, ”says Leicher optimistically. "This year, too, our declared goal remains that every school leaver willing to train gets an apprenticeship position."
