This 29-year-old young man was sentenced on Tuesday by the Paris Criminal Court to seven months in prison.
He was appearing for having implemented between March 2020 and November 2020, against a backdrop of confinement and health crisis, a small company delivering cannabis resin and herb in the beautiful districts of Paris.

His customers call him "Pony" and according to the prosecution, he even advertised his narcotics on a Snapchat account called "Pony industry".
A transaction in a taxi

No he was not a real trafficker, he only helped out his friends. “I was a heavy consumer of pure weed, it cost me 1,900 euros per month. It was impossible so I was dealing to smoke, ”he explains. Toussain disputes ownership of the Snapchat account and claims he was delivering meals for a living.
The alleged drug dealer, who has already been convicted on three occasions for fraud and rebellion, left to live in Guadeloupe to be closer to his son, he explains. His lawyer, Me Martin Méchin recalled that "the investigators found only two clients in this file". He had asked for a suspended sentence for his client and recalled that he had plans to become a private driver in the West Indies.
