Huge floods erupted tonight (Thursday) in New York after the latest waves of Hurricane "Ida" brought heavy rain across the city.
The subway was flooded and shut down, and residents needed rescue at various hotspots.
Mayor Bill de Bellasio has declared a state of emergency following a "historic climate event".
