The 13-year-old girl reported to the police that she was raped by her father, but when she confessed in court, she changed her name to fabricated sexual assault, and her father was acquitted.

The girl’s parents, grandmother and uncle were previously convicted of obstructing justice and sentenced to between 3 years and September and 6 and a half years in prison.
Among them, his uncle, who was sentenced to 4 years in prison, has appealed his conviction to the Court of Appeal.
The four convicted defendants are: female victim X's father (44 years old), mother (42 years old), grandmother (67 years old), and uncle (39 years old).
X's father, grandmother, and uncle were convicted of conspiring to obstruct justice from October 8, 2018 to January 23, 2019, causing X to change the original evidence in the criminal case of the High Court; X's parents were accused of conspiracy to obstruct justice. The ruling was made on October 20, 2018 for obstruction of justice, alleging that X's mother and X left Hong Kong with the intent to prevent them from giving evidence in criminal cases as prosecution witnesses.
The Department of Justice replied this time that it has received notice of the fourth defendant in the case, the uncle of the female victim X, applying for leave to appeal against the conviction.
The testimony during the interrogation showed that the uncle involved told X to go to court with heavy make-up and revealing clothes, and pretended to be a lawyer to simulate cross-examination of X.
