Interior Minister Ayelet Shaked stated before the election that "if the prime minister bans, Khan al-Ahmar will be evacuated."

The current finance minister, Avigdor Lieberman, claimed at the time that Netanyahu's refusal to vacate the post was one of the reasons for his resignation from the post of defense minister in the Netanyahu government.

Judicial power chairman MK Ben Gvir said in response to the rejection request: "There is no limit to the disgrace and disgrace. After the Supreme Court explained to the government that the government must be appealed, the decision beeps and does everything in its power to teach that there is no rule of law in Israel. The Regavim movement, which petitions the High Court demanding enforcement of the law and the eviction of Khan al-Ahmar, responds to the Foreign Ministry's announcement that the state will request another six-month extension from the High Court tomorrow following a "Foreign Ministry political opinion":

"Under no circumstances should the law enforcement policy of the State of Israel be determined in practice by the improper pressure exerted by foreign states. This is a slippery and dangerous slope that erodes the sovereignty of the State of Israel."

Meir Deutsch, director general of the Regavim movement, mentions that the Foreign Ministry is not defined at all as the respondent in the petition to the High Court, but the Prime Minister and the Minister of Defense. "Naftali Bennett, you are the Prime Minister of Israel. Do not hide behind Foreign Minister Lapid."
