The European Union has removed Israel from the list of safe countries.
Following the decision, Portugal and Sweden have decided to ban the entry of Israelis, in the Netherlands Israelis are required in complete isolation and in Denmark, the Czech Republic and Romania restrict Israelis to various requirements.
Now, Spain puts Israel on the list of countries at risk starting tonight, but in a conversation with the Spanish embassy in Israel they explain: "Israelis holding a green baton can enter Spain without the need for tests, recovery certificate or sufficient immunization and of course there is no need for isolation in Spain. Before arriving in Spain, they too will be able to enter without the need for isolation in the country. "
It is important to emphasize that there is still no reference to those who have not been resilient or recovered.

It is important to remember that children who have not been vaccinated or recovered will have to go into complete isolation back to Israel.
Those who have been vaccinated or recovered as defined by the Israeli Ministry of Health are exempt from full isolation back to Israel and will have to stay in isolation until receiving the answers to the corona tests that will be performed after landing at Ben Gurion Airport or at most 24 hours.
In the coming days, decisions are also expected in Germany, France, Switzerland and other European countries.
In the tourism industry, it is hoped that Portugal, Sweden and the Netherlands will be the last countries to restrict entry so significantly to their territory and that the other European countries will act similarly to Spain and allow easy entry for Israelis.
