In a serious car accident on the B11 driveway to the A92 motorway near Moosburg, several inmates were injured, some seriously.

- A serious traffic accident occurred late on Friday evening, September 3, near the Moosburg-Nord junction to the A92 motorway: According to the police, a 26-year-old from the Landshut district was up there around 10.30 p.m. with his Chevrolet Aveo Coming from Landshut on the B11 in the direction of Moosburg and wanted to turn left onto the A92 in the direction of Deggendorf.
A 25-year-old and a 26-year-old, both also from the Landshut district, sat in the car.
During the turning process, the man then apparently overlooked a 44-year-old from the Freising district coming towards him who was driving straight ahead in his VW Golf in the direction of Landshut.
There was a head-on collision between the two vehicles.
There was still a 63-year-old from the Freising district in the VW.
High damage to property
All five vehicle occupants were injured in the traffic accident.
The two women from the Chevrolet were seriously injured.
All those involved were taken to surrounding hospitals for further treatment by the ambulance service.
The two cars suffered total economic losses; they had to be rescued from the scene of the accident by a towing service called in.
Furthermore, the roadway contaminated by leaked operating materials had to be cleaned by the volunteer fire brigades and the responsible road maintenance service.
The police estimate the damage to property at a total of 16,000 euros.
