The workshops in the Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda restarted 6 wells in different areas of the governorate after completing their maintenance and repair operations.
The director of maintenance and investment in the corporation, Eng. Samih Nasr, said in a statement to SANA reporter today that the re-operated wells included (Al-Tha’lah 6 and Al-Tha’lah 9) feeding the city of Sweida, and (Al-Diyathah 5) feeding the Al-Mashnaf and Al-Duwaira area 2, Anz 2 and Barika 1.
Nasr pointed to the readiness of the company's workshops to follow up on the condition of the wells in order to deal with the malfunctions that occur, as work is currently underway to maintain and repair the well (Park 1).
The Public Establishment for Drinking Water in As-Suwayda recently restarted the wells (Al-Suwayda 16 and Al Raha 5) feeding the city of As-Suwayda, (Khazema 12) feeding the Salkhad area, and (Rasas 6) feeding the Rasas village.
