Eight of the respondents to the Adecco survey in ten say they are just as productive, if not more productive than before, but with weeks that often exceed 40 hours.


Like it or not, the pandemic has changed the way (TV) work around the world.

To measure the impact, the Adecco group interviewed 15,000 executives in 25 countries in mid-May.

And the results of their study are instructive.

First, 53% of respondents want to work in a hybrid way (face-to-face and remote), with more than half of their working time remotely.
