Like it or not, the pandemic has changed the way (TV) work around the world.
To measure the impact, the Adecco group interviewed 15,000 executives in 25 countries in mid-May.
And the results of their study are instructive.
First, 53% of respondents want to work in a hybrid way (face-to-face and remote), with more than half of their working time remotely.

Second, the development of teleworking has not affected their productivity, on the contrary: eight out of ten say they are just as much, if not more, productive than before but with weeks which often exceed 40 hours.
