Zou Xingtong mentioned that the minimum meeting threshold for the membership meeting is 20 attending members, and at least 75% of them must pass before they can be disbanded. If no attendees can authorize others to vote.
The stake said there are currently "a few hundred" members.
The special membership meeting is scheduled to be held on September 25. Zou Xingtong admitted that the standing committee members have the opportunity to "get in jail without meeting," but even if there is no executive committee to participate, the attending members can still elect the chairman for the meeting.
She said that if the members do not have a consensus, the stake will continue to operate as usual, and they have no intention of referring to the Education Association to lower the threshold for dissolution.
