'Moyano Method': they denounce that there is a blockade of a company for each business day

The

to the factories and companies jumped to the popularity of the hand of Truckers.

With this modality they paralyzed the activity of dozens of plants, in full union conflicts.

But the method coined by the Moyano is already a generalized reality in the national union scene:

there is a blockade every business day.

This was revealed by a report from "PPT Box", the program that Jorge Lanata conducts every Sunday on the screen of Thirteen.

The blockades gained center stage last February, with a Truckers maneuver that aimed to claim a union membership for a Mercado Libre distributor.

But that activity in the Ader park, in Villa Adelina, whose owner broke down in tears to request the normalization of the situation, became almost nil.

The modality was promoted by the union sector of Hugo Moyano in recent years.

Even two representatives of the small table of the trucker priest were

recently summoned for an investigation

, in a case that could become the first blockade that reaches Justice.

As revealed by Lanata, the prosecutor Ignacio Mahiques, from the City of Buenos Aires, requested the investigation of Omar Pérez and Omar Dutrá, two truckers unionists in a case for "extortion" against the businessman Alejandro Castell, owner of a freight transport company. which has ten employees.

An account that grows

However, far from abating, this practice became a common obstacle to industrial and commercial activity: in the last four months

The list includes unions such as UOCRA, Chemicals, Commerce, Dairy and

in businesses with four employees

They even denounced situations of physical violence.

Damián Dobboletta, owner of a logistics company with 14 trucks in Zavalla (in Santa Fe), accused a group of Truckers of beating him, his father and his brother, in a 2019 case.

There are firms that suffered more than a year of pressure: the

Loimar

ceramics company

, from Tandil, suffered a 15-month blockade

.

In that case, even some workers gave testimony that they wanted to return and did not let them.

A dispute over the firing of ten employees

almost ended with 80 layoffs and the closure of the plant

They also addressed the case of Ubaldo Vidal, owner of a construction company specializing in road works, who two weeks ago suffered a blockade from the UOCRA, he acceded to all the requests made by the union, and, even so,

they blocked him again

In this context, the report of the Lanata program delved into the defense mechanisms that arose in the face of the new form of union tightening.

The companies revealed that they

put together anti-blockade protocols

, organizing their logistics before trying to continue working, despite the checks.

And, increasingly, they

are going to court

to release the blockades.

But even though it is an

illegal methodology

, the testimonies showed that in order to unblock the conflict, the State forced the businessmen

to sit down and negotiate

Unions vs unions

"There are also tightening from union to union, where those who lose are always the same: workers," Lanata presented, the case that occurred in Santa Fe, the only province where there is an alternative truck driver union to Hugo and Pablo Moyano.

According to Lanata denounced, there the Moyanista union "squeezes the workers affiliated to the other" and "threatens them with cutting them the benefits of the social work," the PPT driver explained.
