"I only spit on Nazis": Moosburger demonstrated against the right with alpacas and other creative ideas.
Moosburg
- It was a wonderful late summer day, so Friday was the only time to set up a branch of your own living room on the street behind the Moosburger Stadthalle.
A good 100 citizens of a rather motley group protested in such a creative and funny way against an AfD rally in the town hall.
The Moosburgers wanted to show that they are at home in a multicultural city.
Rumors of the AfD's event had slowly spread when a group of young Moosburgers took up the topic in the Hirschwirt.
It was decided to hold a counter-demonstration, for which Sarah Schierenberg made herself available as an organizer.
She registered the event in her name and was supported by a larger team of law enforcement officers who meticulously observed corona rules.
Participants had brought picnic blankets
The secret star in the colorful turmoil was Green Councilor Verena Kuch, who was enthroned on an inflatable alpaca and also presented the slogan "Alpacas against the right" on various signs.
Other participants brought picnic blankets with doormats, musical instruments and snacks.

On an open stage, everyone was allowed to step up to the microphone and speak freely.
This opportunity was used abundantly, with local politicians such as Daniel Weigelt (The Party, “AfD Freising Watch”), Klaus Reichel (SPD) or the Landtag member Johannes Becher (Green) sayings of the Moosburg City Councilor Gerhard-Michael Welter and the Bundestag member Johannes Huber quoted.
"If it says AfD, there is discrimination inside," said Becher.
"I always have to endure them in the state parliament."
The event manager would also like to be noticed by AfD
During the rally, hostess and front woman Sarah Schierenberg was proud of the colorful signal from Moosburg.
"We would like to be noticed by the AfD," said the event manager.
That is exactly what happened, because the group showed up at the place at the back of the town hall that was allocated by the police.
Some personalities then took more or less obvious walks past the demonstrators.

The police were on site with a larger contingent and kept the mobile living room far away from the main entrance of the town hall.
Basically, the confrontations were limited.
The officers only made sure that the groups did not photograph or film each other.
