An e-scooter driver must expect a fine after driving under the influence of alcohol over the Protzenweiherbrücke.
Regensburg - The police caught an intoxicated e-scooter driver on Saturday (September 4th).
The man was out on the Protzenweiherbrücke in the early hours of the morning, according to a press release from the Regensburg police.
The 20-year-old came to a general traffic control, where it could be proven that he had been drinking heavily.
A breath alcohol test that was then carried out in court confirmed the officials in their assumption.
As a punishment, the driver has to expect a "heavy fine", as the report goes on to say.
