Emmanuel Macron wants at all costs to carry out a visible reform by the end of his mandate.
While it is often considered that a presidency is played on the first hundred days, the Head of State warned his ministers last week that
"the last hundred days count at least as much"
This period will begin in January.
And since he is convening a government seminar this Wednesday at the Elysee Palace, Macron expects his team to provide him with concrete proposals that can be implemented, and perceived by the French, without waiting for a possible second term.
