The painting of the plastic artist, Maiser Kamel, entitled “Passing” attended, along with the works of the fifteen artists and artists within the Syrian collective art exhibition in Ukraine, which includes a woman on her face with features of bewilderment standing at a crossroads with a special expressive atmosphere that is not devoid of drama.

The painting came with a size of 75 cm, struck by 70 cm, and with acrylic technology on canvas. About his participation in the exhibition, the plastic artist Kamel said in a statement to SANA: This exhibition came as a result of the success of the first virtual Syrian exhibition in Ukraine, which was a “temporary” solution until the forced closure crisis was overcome due to the Corona pandemic. .

The artist explained that the importance of the realistic exhibition stems from its ability to provide the audience with the opportunity to interact directly with the displayed artworks, noting that the Syrian artists say through this exhibition that the unjust war on our country and our people during ten years formed an inspiration for them to innovate and create beauty out of pain. He pointed out that the huge events affecting the lives of peoples and nations often create creativity and stimulate the minds and conscience of artists to present a new artistic production.

It is noteworthy that the exhibition is being held as part of a cultural event held by the Syrian Honorary Consulate in the capital, Kiev, in cooperation with the leadership of the Syrian community in Ukraine and under the supervision of the sculptor Afif Agha, on the occasion of the anniversary of the founding of the Syrian Arab Army.
