The Syrian youth football team started this evening a training camp in As-Suwayda in preparation for the upcoming benefits that will continue until the ninth of this month.
In a statement to SANA’s sports representative, Talal Barakat, the team’s director, indicated that the camp is the second in As-Suwayda and the seventh at the level of preparation for the team, and comes in preparation for participating in the West Asian Championship scheduled for next November, indicating that the camp began today with a training session and includes over the next three days two training sessions daily in the morning and evening.
Barakat explained that As-Suwayda was chosen for this camp due to the availability of appropriate conditions in terms of accommodation, stadium, and attention from the stakeholders and the two executive committees of the Football Sports and Technical Federation branch.
The Syrian national team is represented in the camp by the players: Muhammad Yamen Mutlaq, Malik Janair, Hassan Al-Mahmoud, Qais Al-Hassan, Ali Tayara, Muhammad Othman, Bashar Abu Khair, Munther Al-Assi, Qais Al-Sabbagh, Mahmoud Al-Aswad, Ammar Alama, Muhannad Fadel, Ali Holo, Abdullah Zukrit, Abdul-Momen Bahlaq, Shahham Al-Araj, Muhammad Musa, Muhammad Saraqi, Hudhayfa Khalouf and Uday Hassoun, Abd al-Karim Zeidan, Ali Rina, Hassan al-Dahan, Mahmoud Nayef, Zakaria Ramadan, Muhammad Hassouni, Hamza Sawas, Muhammad Asaad, Miqdad Ahmad, Mahmud Muhanna, Yasser Kurd Oghli, Anis Qasim, Ahmad al-Hussein and Ibrahim Khankan.
The training staff includes Anas Makhlouf as technical director, Firas Khalil and Yasser Al-Bunni assistant coaches, Malik Shakouhi as goalkeeper coach, Rabie Salloum as a physical trainer, Muhammad Jawdat Nahlawy as general manager, Abdul Rahman Qarajah as performance analyst, Mohsen Awad, physical therapist, Mahmoud Junaid as media coordinator, Izzat Darwish, photographer, Hussam Al-Zein Mohsen, equipment officials and Muhammad Firas .
