The political board of the province of Santa Fe is characterized by its upheaval: since the return of democracy in 1983, Peronism ruled that district for twenty-four years in a row; with traditional leaders such as José María Vernet even with the disruptive appearance of the motorist

Hermes Binner
. There, twelve years of socialist government followed (Binner, Bonfatti and Lifschitz) until in 2019, Peronism returned from the hand of Omar Perotti.
Santa Fe Peronism has reached, at the hand of Perotti, its own particularity: from trying to promote a different PJ, in the "independent" style of Juan Schiaretti from Cordoba, to having to resolve the list of competing deputies and senators with Cristina Kirchner herself in the 2021 election.
That closure left wounded, such as Agustín Rossi who was not blessed by the vice president and who had to leave his post as Minister of National Defense, at the request of President Alberto Ángel Fernández.
But it has also brought surprises.

in 2019, Lewandowski turned the page and launched into politics.
That year he won the elections for provincial senator

In record time, he settled in and began to be an interlocutor of the most "heavy" leaders of the province, mainly with Governor Omar Perotti.
The negotiation for the lists for the 2021 election
led him to share a photo with Cristina Kirchner at the Instituto Patria
, when the vice president gave her support to the list that Perotti pushed and where she is also fighting to renew her seat in the upper house the faithful Christinist María de los Angeles Sacnun.
