At least 16 people have died this Tuesday in a hospital in Hidalgo after heavy rains.
The collapse of the electrical energy damaged the oxygenation of the patients, as reported by the general director of the IMSS, Zoé Robledo.
56 people were admitted to the facilities, half of them infected with covid-19.
Authorities continue to evacuate patients.
