Numerous people try to get to the USA via Mexico - security forces stopped them last

The organization Doctors Without Borders (MSF) has sent an emergency team to Tapachula in Mexico near the border with Guatemala to provide medical, psychological and social care to around 40,000 people seeking protection.
According to the organization, the people there are "extremely at risk" due to inadequate medical care.
According to the MSF, they live crammed together or on the streets in poor sanitary conditions.
The risk of coronavirus infection is high, warned MSF employee Christoph Jankhofer.
His organization was concerned about the "symptoms of anxiety, depression and hopelessness" that the people there showed "due to the lack of reaction from the authorities."
In the past week, Mexican security forces disbanded several groups of people heading for the United States from Tapachula.
They were accused of excessive violence.
After Donald Trump's restrictive immigration policy, US President Joe Biden announced a more humane approach to Latin American migrants when he moved into the White House.
As a result, more and more people from South and Central America arrived in Mexico in the past few months.
The Republicans have since accused Democrats Biden of sparking a crisis on the border with his more liberal migration policies.
As the US border police announced to the CBP, around 213,000 people were caught trying to illegally cross the border in July.
According to the authorities, it is an increase of 172,000 people compared to the previous year and the highest level in a good 20 years.
In the city of Reynosa on the border with the USA, around 2000 mostly Central American people live in tents, according to Doctors Without Borders.
They are not safe there and do not have adequate supplies, warned MSF.
