Launched in 2018, this program aims to revitalize the center of medium-sized towns (from 20,000 to 300,000 inhabitants).
Until the health crisis, they kept losing businesses and residents.
If, today, some municipalities are better, not all are out of the woods.
Two hundred and twenty communities have therefore decided to join the program, like Tarbes, Nevers, Besançon, Laon, Lorient, etc.
