Iran's permanent representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency, Kazem Gharibabadi, affirmed that no one has the right to demand the cessation of Iran's nuclear activities, advising this agency to maintain its independence, impartiality and professionalism, and the agency's members should also avoid putting pressure on the IAEA to exploit it to achieve their political ends.

Gharibabadi referred to the publication of two reports by the Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency on the nuclear agreement and the Treaty of Safeguarding, and clarified that all of Iran's nuclear activities, including uranium enrichment at various levels and production of uranium metal, are carried out within the framework of Iran's nuclear rights and under the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and are fully implemented within the framework of Iran's obligations by guarantee treaty.

Gharibabadi said: Since the other parties have not implemented their commitments to the nuclear agreement in the area of lifting the embargo, and the US policy of imposing the unjust unilateral embargo, no one has the right to demand that Iran stop these activities within the framework of this agreement.

Iran's permanent representative to the International Atomic Energy Agency also criticized the Director-General of the Agency's inclusion of the issue related to the registration of information outside the Safeguard Treaty in his report, and Gharibabadi criticized the International Agency, which, under pressure from some of its members, seeks to exaggerate these topics despite its extensive inspections of Iranian nuclear facilities that exceeded One-fifth of all international inspections worldwide have found no problems associated with the Safeguard Treaty in Iran's nuclear activities and commitments.

Gharibabadi stressed that the serious concerns are represented in the existence of the Zionist entity's nuclear arsenal, terrorist sabotage operations in peaceful nuclear facilities, and the assassination of nuclear scientists. Unfortunately, the IAEA has not yet dared to take a position on these issues.
