In addition, Engineer Arnous stressed the importance of translating the ministries’ projects directly on the ground, adhering to the specified time limits for implementation, and continuous tracking of the work stages of each project accurately, and overcoming any obstacles encountered, pointing to the importance of continuous monitoring of the health reality in schools, strictness with health safety procedures and precautionary measures, and continuing the plan to provide the vaccine. for teaching staff.

The Council instructed the relevant ministries to submit a memorandum on the additional measures to be taken to strengthen and organize the support provided to the agricultural sector, give it priority in providing oil derivatives, and intensify efforts to provide the necessary fertilizer to secure the requirements of the agricultural process, stressing that the agricultural sector constitutes the most important work priorities for the next stage as the basis of economic development.

The Council asked the Ministry of Higher Education to set transparent bases and standards for external delegations of students so that all eligible students can benefit from the delegation and ensure justice in this regard.

He pointed to the need to review the reality of the work and performance of civil and charitable associations and lay the foundations that ensure their societal role in providing services to citizens.

The Council asked the Ministry of Internal Trade and Consumer Protection to strengthen stocks of wheat and implement the contracts signed with friendly countries in this field. It also asked the Ministry of Industry to provide a description of the reality of the work of the General Organization for Cement and the signed contracts and its sales so that it can be studied and take what is necessary to develop the cement industry sector.

The council listened to a presentation by the Minister of Interior on the reality of crime in terms of its numbers and types, and the measures taken to combat and reduce it, in a way that contributes to the protection of citizens and their property.

The council approved a number of development and service projects in a number of governorates.
