After the president of Brazil, Jair Bolsonaro, again
pointed out on
Tuesday
against the judges who ordered an investigation
, in front of a crowd of supporters who hailed him in Brasilia, two of the magistrates most attacked by the president
responded to him.
They are the president of the Superior Electoral Court, Luís Roberto Barroso, and the magistrate of the Supreme Federal Court (STF) Alexandre de Moraes,
who called to "respect democracy
.
"
Let us remember that, earlier, Bolsonaro had attacked the judges in a speech prior to the start of the marches.
"
Our country cannot continue to be held hostage by one or two people
, or these people enter the axes or they will be ignored from public life," said the president in a live broadcast on social networks.

"Whoever acts outside the law should frame or prepare to leave," Bolsonaro said before a crowd in Brasilia, who
asked the president to use the army to remove de Moraes
.
Bolsonaro accused the judges of violating the Constitution, in a day of high political tension in which the authorities feared an invasion of Congress or the seat of the court, in the Plazza de los Tres Poderes, protected by the shock troops of the Brasilia police.
There were also large marches in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro.
"We do not accept measures or actions outside the Constitution
. Nor can we continue to accept that a specific person continues to barbarize our population. We cannot accept more political prisons in our Brazil," he said.
Brazil, uma paixão.
White, black and indigenous.
Civil and military.
Liberais, conservatives and progressistas.
From 88, to vontade do povo: Collor, FHC, Lula, Dilma and Bolsonaro.
Free, clean and safe choices.
O love to Brazil and to democracy unites us.
Sem volta ao past.

"Brazil, a passion. White, black and indigenous. Civilians and military. Liberals, conservatives and progressives. Since 88, the will of the people: FHC (Fernando Henrique Cardoso), (Luiz Inácio) Lula (da Silva), Dilma (Rousseff ) and (Jair) Bolsonaro. Free, clean and safe elections.
The love of Brazil and democracy unites us
. Without going back to the past, "Barroso wrote on his Twitter account.
Moraes published a message with a similar tone: "On this September 7, we will commemorate our independence, which guaranteed our freedom and which is only
strengthened with absolute respect for democracy,
" he wrote on the same social network.
Nesse Sete de Setembro, we commemorate our Independence, which guarantees our Freedom and that it is strengthened with absolute respect for Democracy.

The two judges have been in Bolsonaro's crosshairs for several months.
On the one hand, the electoral court with Barroso as its head
opened an investigation against Bolsonaro
for his repeated attacks on the electronic ballot box system.
On the other hand, as a judge of the STF, De Moraes included the president among the people to be investigated in a criminal process that began in 2019
for the dissemination of false news on social networks
against democratic institutions.
In relation to this cause, it must be said that prior to the start of the march, Bolsonaro had signed a decree that prohibited removing messages from social networks that are suspected of spreading false news.
