The shipping company Tui Cruises has presented its program for the winter.
It is noticeable that unvaccinated passengers are only allowed to come on a ship.
After many arduous months, cruise tourism is slowly picking up speed again.
However, the restart is associated with many strict rules that are intended to prevent the coronavirus from spreading.
Shipping companies such as Hapag-Lloyd Cruises announced a few weeks ago that they would initially only take vaccinated passengers with them.
Tui also has strict rules, as the new winter program shows: only one ship allows unvaccinated travelers on board.

In winter, Tui Cruises wants to return primarily to warm waters.
For “Mein Schiff 3” and “Mein Schiff 4” this means that they will largely return to their original timetables.
Both ships undertake one-week routes along the Canary Islands, which can be combined with each other, the shipping company said in a press release.
As before, the “Mein Schiff 3” will only sail with vaccinated persons, while the “Mein Schiff 4” will also allow unvaccinated persons on board

Instead, there should be a strict hygiene concept.

On the other trips on offer, however, the following applies again: Only travelers with a
full corona vaccination
are allowed.
This includes the “Mein Schiff 6”, which heads for the Orient for a week - with Dubai and Abu Dhabi on the timetable - or the “Mein Schiff 2”, which goes to the Caribbean islands.
Instead of Central America, a trip to the Caribbean is also planned for “Mein Schiff 1”.
Two Atlantic crossings are planned here.
Basically, shore excursions with partly individual free time are planned, as Tui informs.
However, the possibility of individual trips ashore depends on the infection rate on site and the respective authorities.
