According to the police, they unrolled banners on the A8, A92, A94 and A96 on Tuesday morning - sometimes several people rappelled down from motorway bridges.

He and his colleague Hanna Waltermann rappelled down from a bridge over the A8 motorway at around 8 a.m. on Tuesday - not at the "big" bridge further north at the Hofoldinger Forst junction, but at a small forest road overpass.
Small bridge, big effect - that's how it was planned.
The two of them unfurled their message "Car lobby in chains - save the climate" above the banner "Stau-Rettungsgasse".
Many drivers noticed this.
And the effect was even greater when the police had to completely block the motorway to the north at around 8:30 a.m. to “avert danger” in the face of two people on a thin rope over a motorway.

Protest actions against IAA: Police investigate dangerous interference in road traffic
"We are well secured and are not doing this kind of activity for the first time," says Ivanokovic, who also hung in the trees during the protests against the expansion of the A49 in the Dannenröder forest.
The police are now investigating those involved in the protests on the highways * - among other things because of dangerous interference in road traffic and coercion, as a spokeswoman said.
The fire brigade * approached with turntable ladder vehicles and set up safety cushions under the bridges.
Alpine specialists from the police * were deployed.

On the A9, the activists climbed a bridge of signs and pasted over the inscription.
"Verkehrskollaps 2000 m" was now written there - instead of "Kreuz Neufahrn 2000 m".
The police could not open the highways again until around noon, after the demonstrations and demonstrators had left the bridges and could be led away.
Shortly afterwards, the officers had to close the A94 again because several demonstrators attached a banner to a bridge shortly before the exhibition center.
