Penzberg - Drunk people employed the Penzberg police: A dispute at the fairground escalated and a 23-year-old wanted to get on a bike with 1.6 per thousand.
The folk festival alternative “Plan B” is currently running on the Berghalde. At about 0.55 a.m. on Sunday, two 18-year-old Penzbergers got into each other's hair at the fairground. In the course of the dispute, according to the police, one of the two opponents pushed the other. Both fell to the ground and the injured man dislocated the thumb of his left hand. "Since both parties were heavily intoxicated, further investigations into the facts are required," said the police. According to the inspection, the alcohol tests showed the accused well over 1 per mille, and the victim also well over 1.5 per mille.
On the previous Saturday, a patrol from the local police noticed at 1:15 a.m. how a 23-year-old Penzberger unlocked his bike in front of a restaurant in the city center and wanted to take it home.
"It showed clear signs of failure," the inspection said.
The alcohol test showed that the 23-year-old had a breath alcohol concentration of over 1.6 per mille.
His bike was locked again and the key secured.
The Penzberger started his way home on foot.
In this context, the police point out that the absolute inability to drive when riding a bicycle starts at 1.6 per thousand - should you have symptoms of failure, even below that.
