Their political platforms include implementing the principle of "patriots governing Hong Kong", integrating into the overall situation of national development, grasping the "14th Five-Year Plan" and promoting policy exchanges in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Zhu Lifu, one of the election committee members and the chairman of the Hong Kong Textile Chamber of Commerce, said that the textile and clothing industry has always lacked top-level planning and the industry has encountered challenges in its transformation. It is hoped that the SAR government will lead the industry to enhance its competitiveness.

Luo Zhengjie, the vice chairman of the Hong Kong Textile Industry Association, who is also a member of the election committee, believes that the first prerequisite for serving as the chief executive is to love the country and Hong Kong. Zhu Lifu said that the textile and garment industry has a long history in Hong Kong. With the joint efforts of the industry, it has been seeking support policies from the SAR government.
