Christmas 2021: Christmas market in Nuremberg in planning
Last year, the world-famous
Christmas market in Nuremberg had
to be canceled due to the corona pandemic.
For this reason, there have been plans for this year's Christmas market for months.
In order to make it safe for all visitors, it will look different than "before Corona", as a spokesman for the city of the German Press Agency (dpa) is said to have informed.
For example, the Christmas market is
to be extended to other places in the city
so that guests can stroll between the stands without being crowded, reports the BR.
The start of the magic of the booth will be November 26th - with December 24th being the last day of the Christmas market.
Christmas market in Munich is to take place
The
Munich Christmas market
on Marienplatz is planned for November 22nd to December 24th.
According to information from the Charivari radio station, the city is working flat out on a hygiene concept.
This includes enough space between the stands by increasing the area of the Christmas market
across Neuhauser Straße to Karlstor on Stachus and from Odeonsplatz to Sendlinger Tor
.
In addition, gastronomic islands are to be distributed over the Christmas market so that visitors can eat and drink on site.

Planned Christmas markets in North Rhine-Westphalia
