The Southern District Attorney's Office today (Thursday) filed an indictment in the District Court in Jerusalem against three defendants - Igor Kaplonov (33) from Ashkelon, Ron Goltzman (29) and Yitzhak Baruch Aronov (36) from Ashdod, who attributes to them the commission of sexual offenses, including rape offenses, against a complainant who was a minor about 14.5 years old, at the time the acts were committed in 2015.
According to the facts of the indictment, filed through attorney Assaf Bar Yosef, a taxi driver, met the complainant, took her to a room in a hotel in Ashdod, where he allowed her to use a cocaine-type drug and drink alcohol and then committed sexual offenses with her.
After that, Defendant 3 (the taxi driver; AI) invited Defendants 1 and 2 to come to a hotel room, where they also performed sexual acts on the complainant, all without the complainant's consent and aware that the complainant was in a situation where she was prevented from giving consent. This is due to her physical condition after the use of drugs and alcohol.
In addition, the defendants infringed on the complainant's privacy by photographing her naked.
After several hours, the defendants left the room and left the complainant alone in the room, still under the influence of drugs and alcohol.
The indictment attributes to the defendants committing offenses of rape, sodomy and invasion of privacy.

The prosecution sought to detain the defendants until the end of the legal proceedings against them.
