“Herbstzeit Dahoam” is the name of the ten-day event that Moosburg is holding this year instead of the usual Herbstschau folk festival.

- It took a record five days until the small amusement park is ready: Tomorrow, Friday, September 10th, the "Herbstzeit Dahoam" - a beer garden festival with an amusement park on the cattle marketplace - will begin in Moosburg until Sunday, September 19th.
"This is not an autumn show light and should not be a replacement," said Mayor Josef Dollinger, who was very angry about such and similar names.
"The autumn show cannot be replaced," announced the town hall chief and emphasized that the ten days planned for this year at the Viehmarktplatz would only be an autumn festival.
After all, it has its own beer garden with 48 beer table sets.
The festival tent company Krämmer, which, like the Erdinger wheat beer brewery, has been a long-term partner of the city of Moosburg at the autumn show, invites you with classic folk festival delicacies such as chicken or roast beef.
The 3G rule applies on the premises
Mayor Dollinger emphasized that with the “autumn time Dahoam” children and young people in particular could be happy. The host family and the showmen did quite a bit of magic for this. City hall manager Josef Mühlberger explained that the approval had only come five days ago - with the new corona rules in Bavaria and the move away from incidence values.
The city could have held the open-air festival without special regulations, but made a conscious decision to be safe. The site has only one entrance and exit with the stipulation that the 3G rule applies to the fairground. Visitors must show at the entrance that they have been vaccinated, recovered or tested. In addition, visitors have to leave their contact details. For smooth access, guests can download the contact form from the city's website and fill it out in advance. Alternatively, you can also register with the Luca app. The digital proof of vaccination via smartphone is also ideal.
With the current regulations, the city is allowed to allow around 850 visitors to the festival area.
When this number is reached, new guests are only allowed in when others are leaving.
Head of administration Mühlberger reported that the times of the Red Cross in the test center in the hop hall just a few meters away are being extended.
The Michaelmas pharmacy will also be extending its test times - as a service for the “autumn season”.

The "Herbstzeit Dahoam" is open as follows: Friday 3pm to 10pm (September 10th) and 1pm to 10pm (September 17th), Saturday 11.30am to 10pm, Sunday 11.30am to 9pm, Monday to Thursday 1pm to 9pm.
