The young man who claims he can breathe underwater (@stephenalexander?)

Have you seen the movie "Aquaman"?

In this film most of the events take place underwater, where the main protagonist played by Jason Momoa has no real difficulty breathing.

Of course in reality humans cannot breathe underwater unless they are called Stephen Alexander.

Alexander is a professional diver who has uploaded a number of videos to the net in which he supposedly teaches how to breathe underwater, just like fish.

Alexander used Tiktok to explain how he manages to breathe in a technique in which he says he "converts water into oxygen."

His followers were skeptical and when one of them asked him to use a smaller pair of binoculars that did not cover his nose, he decided to prove that he was not using any trick but was actually breathing underwater.

In one of his videos he wrote: "A lot of people don't believe me because of the binoculars. So here's proof."

Stefan then took a deep breath underwater before they flooded his binoculars.

"Here, she's full of water, but I're converting them into air," he wrote.

In another explanatory video Stefan wrote: "This is how I breathe underwater and with all the sincerity, it is much easier than everyone thinks. The first thing you need to do is activate the reflexes of your dive. You do this when your eyes and nose are immersed in water. When you do "This, you reduce the air blockage. Then you have to take a small amount of water and start applying pressure to the mouth with the help of clicks with the tongue."

He tried to demonstrate this and made noises with his tongue as he touched through it with his mouth over and over again.

He then revealed why it contributes and wrote: "It separates the oxygen from the hydrogen and the last thing you need to do is get rid of the hydrogen. To do that you only need to make a few bubbles."

Despite these things of his and the videos we really recommend you not to try it for yourself.
