The head of the Municipal Council in Harran Al-Awamid, Ammar Askar, said in a statement to SANA’s delegate that the maintenance and paving of the main street connecting Harran Al-Awamid and Damascus has been completed, and the Rural Development Center has been rehabilitated by an international organization, and work is underway to prepare the center and reactivate it to start production.
Askar pointed out that soon the implementation of a project to replace and maintain some of the sewage networks in the town and asphalt maintenance for one of the town's streets will start from the main roundabout towards Ahmadiya Road.
The head of the council indicated that the town includes nine schools, 4 of which are operational, and a few days ago the rehabilitation of one was completed, and soon another will be started by the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF).
In Zebdine, the head of the local council, Muhammad Salam al-Taweel, explained that the implementation of the first phase of asphalting the main road between Zebdine and Maliha had been completed, which contributed to serving the two towns, facilitating the movement of the people and completing the maintenance of the sidewalks and sidewalks. 600 watt-hour capacity.
With regard to the agricultural sector, Al-Taweel said that the Syrian Arab Red Crescent Organization has started distributing a drip irrigation network to about 100 farmers in Zabdine, revealing that the project to replace the sewage network at the entrance to Zabdine, with a diameter of 40 mm and a length of 1,100 meters, will be initiated within days.
Al-Taweel confirmed that the local community had re-maintained the garbage compactor car, and it was put into service and the maintenance of rain and rainwater in preparation for the onset of the winter season.
