The activities of the national campaign (My School is My Home) launched today at the Martyr Mustafa Haidar School in Tartous, which is organized by the Revolutionary Youth Union Organization in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
The Secretary of the Tartous branch of the Revolutionary Youth Union, Adnan Ghanem, said in a statement to SANA reporter that the campaign was launched at the beginning of the school year, as youth units in schools and volunteer teams began implementing the campaign in the second district association sector. Prevention of corona disease and some first aid for the unconscious person, such as measuring pressure or pulse.
Ghanem explained that the goal of the campaign is to deepen the culture of volunteering for the benefit of all, and to preserve school furniture and the cleanliness of schools in general, pointing out that the campaign includes all schools in the governorate and will continue until the end of this month.
In turn, a number of students participating in the campaign pointed out the importance of maintaining the school as it is the second home in which students spend a large part of their time and where they receive science, knowledge and life skills.
