Königsdorf

- No clinking glasses, no comfortable sitting at tables including a chat with the neighbors: Citizens' meetings in Corona times are as unsociable and unadorned as a visit to a fast food restaurant: You come, get fed - in this case with information - and then leave immediately home. This is how the Wednesday evening in the Königsdorf school auditorium went.

According to the motto “Now talk to me”, it was only shortly before the end. Anneliese Egold complained about the clubs that are now thrown between the legs of building contractors. It always says "build, build, build, and if you do, the authorities make your life difficult with their many requirements," she grumbled. Anyone who does this to himself must be capable of suffering. Egold explicitly excluded the local council from their criticism, "they always stood behind us 100 percent". Rainer Kopnicky agreed with the indignant citizen in parts: he often wanted “a more pragmatic way”, said the town hall chief and referred to similar cases on Osterhofener Strasse or in courtyards. On the one hand, building land should be created, said Kopnicky. "On the other hand, there are high hurdles that you first have to jump over."

Martin Höcher, one of the main victims of the recent flash floods in the Osterhofener / Niederhamer Straße area, complained that he felt alone with his problem. Not from the mayor, but from the local councils. “They don't seem to be interested in it.” Twice “we were hit hard within a year, before that from time to time”. The main problem - "I'm saying it for the umpteenth time" - is the road. “When that was increased by 20 centimeters in the depression in the course of the expansion about 20 years ago, the problems began.” Rainer Kopnicky referred to the Riwa company’s concept for high management, which will initially be dealt with over the next few days the main affected - including the Höchers - wants to discuss. Martin Höcher criticized in this context,“That nobody from the Riwa engineering office asked us about it. After all, we are the ones who know what exactly happens to us when it rains heavily. "

The subject of floods had already occupied a large place in the mayor's 75-minute report.

Kopnicky once again made it clear how important this topic is to him, because the psychological strain on those affected is now enormous, "when dark clouds pile up in the sky".

The town hall chief emphasized, however, that even with the measures to be taken, there would never be 100 percent security.

"We must and will try to improve the situation as best we can."

The town hall chief had previously worked his way through the usual topics, which were also dealt with in the local council, including the major project for the construction of a new gymnasium, upcoming civil engineering work, water supply and disposal as well as the "increasingly important" topic of childcare in the 3153 community.

District Administrator Josef Niedermaier, usually a guest at the Königsdorf citizens' assembly, had been apologized.

His deputy Klaus Koch, a teacher and rector by profession in Bad Tölz, took his time despite the upcoming start of school and, among other things, broached the rental and real estate problem in southern Upper Bavaria.

In the meantime it is already a problem - even for locals - to find living space, "I don't want to talk about the financing".

This misery can no longer be solved easily, says Koch.

“We have the subject of space consumption, we have the subject of individual space requirements, we have our intensive leisure activities.

It's a vicious circle: no matter where I tackle the problem, I reach my limits. "
